Reserveonderdeel (2pcs) - Tritan™ drinkfles

I bought 2 of them and both of them don’t work. I didn’t know it was possible for a gourd to actually don’t work. There is a leak that makes it impossible to suck the water …

Great

⭐ 1 star – Good product, terrible packaging and shipping

I ordered replacement seals for a Trixie bottle, as these tiny seals seem to get lost very easily. The shipping costs seemed ridiculously high for such a small item, but since I couldn’t find another alternative, I reluctantly paid them.

When the package arrived, I understood why the shipping was so expensive – but definitely not in a good way. Two tiny bags of replacement seals, which could easily have been sent in a small padded envelope, arrived in a huge cardboard box that could probably have fit at least 20 Trixie bottles. To make matters worse, the entire box was filled with plastic packaging material.

This is incredibly wasteful and completely unnecessary. From both an environmental and a customer perspective, I simply cannot understand why such tiny replacement parts are shipped in an oversized box and why the customer has to pay the excessive shipping costs that come with it.

The seals themselves are good quality and fit the bottle perfectly, so I have no complaints about the actual product. Unfortunately, everything surrounding the product – the shipping costs, the oversized packaging and the unnecessary amount of plastic waste – is extremely disappointing.

For that reason, I can only give 1 star.

Lightweight bottle , good size for toddler, cute design
